Hotel Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown

Thanks for making our stay perfect. The hotel room was incredible with comfortable beds. The staff members were all amicable and knowledgeable. Its location was business, next to Dogs.

Everything was simply excellent. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was unbeatable right by the parade as well as the area attractions. The room was fashionable and well-appointed, had a really nice stay for a hectic business trip. The view of window of downtown Houston was great, loved it. I was met by efficient and lively staff at the lobby.

The hotel was luxury, I appreciated outstanding rooms and polite staff. Visited their restaurant Shula's Steak House couple of times.

The place was not too big and rooms here were well-organised. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit, sausages, yogurt, eggs and bacon. Very good stay, as always.

i loved the hotel - such beautiful location and very attentive staff. venue was clean enough and i had a well kept room. the staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. everything was exceptional and within 25 minutes' drive of william p. hobby airport. the service was absolutely personalized.
